Q. How does your program work?

A. Click on the Sign Up Now button on our home page to register for one full year of unlimited CE. Once the system has processed your payment, just click on Courses to select any course that interests you!


Q. How do "book-based" courses work?

A. "Book-based" courses require readings in a textbook. If you need to purchase the textbook, please follow these directions: When you click on the course title on the List Courses page, you will see a brief description. If you click on "Start taking this course now", you will find a link to purchase the book online from Amazon.com – please click here to let us know if the link is not working.


Q. I have forgotten or lost my password

A. Click here to get your password sent to the e-mail address you used when you registered with us. If you don’t know the e-mail address you used, please call 1-866-650-3400 or e-mail info@yournursece.com.


Q. When will my membership expire?

A. Your expiration date shows under your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen whenever you are logged in. To renew your membership, log in and click Member Services to the left of the screen. If your membership has expired, click Sign Up Now to re-register.


Q. The system won’t let me log in. What should I do?

A. Check that you have correctly entered your e-mail address and password (make sure your caps lock is not on!!) If the system still will not let you in, please call 1-866-650-3400 or e-mail info@yournursece.com.


Q. I am the staff development or HR director for my organization. How can I get more information about your organizational contract program?

A. Please contact us by calling 866-650-3400 or by emailing info@yournursece.com We would be happy to answer all of your questions!


Q. What if I want a refund?

A. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase for any reason we will refund 100% of your purchase price, no questions asked! You must request your refund in writing (by "snail" mail or email) within 30 days of your purchase. You must not have completed any courses, other than the demo course, to receive a full refund. Partial refunds will be granted, less a pro-rated amount of $8 per contact hour completed.
